Helping Cocoa Receive the Best Treatment

Original Treatment Decision

Cocoa was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and even though he was treated with chemotherapy, the cancer spread to his lungs.

Innogenics Treatment Decision

Dr. Post performed the Innogenics’ molecular gene expression test to determine what therapies he should use for Cocoa. The genomic results showed benefit from tyrosine kinase receptors inhibitors.

Cocoa had a great response, the lung metastasis regressed and Cocoa had 2 more healthy years. He was even able to serve as a therapy dog for the Sandy Hook families.
